We also collect information generated through your use of the Service, including usage metrics, assistant configuration settings, chat session metadata, and error reports. If you provide a third-party API key (e.g., OpenAI), that key is stored in encrypted form and used only to fulfill your requests.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, to process billing transactions, to communicate with you about your account, to detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and to produce aggregated, anonymized analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your chat content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

LuluClaw relies on the following third-party services to deliver the platform:

• Clerk — authentication and session management. Clerk processes your email address and credentials in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing. Stripe handles all payment card data; LuluClaw does not store raw payment card information.
• Vercel— cloud hosting and edge delivery. Application requests are routed through Vercel's infrastructure.
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry may capture stack traces and request metadata when errors occur.

Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance obligations such as financial records. Chat session logs may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data. You can initiate account deletion directly from the Account tab in your dashboard.
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with the marketing site. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain functionality of the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
