My dad built this for me. And now it's for you too.

What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is an open-source AI assistant framework that lets you run a fully customizable AI agent with persistent memory, skills, and multi-channel support. LuluClaw hosts it for you — no servers, no config files, no ops work.
How do I talk to my assistant?
Through Telegram. You create a Telegram bot (it takes about 2 minutes using @BotFather), paste the token into LuluClaw, and your assistant goes live in that bot. Anyone you share it with can message it directly.
What can my assistant actually do?
It can answer questions, remember things across conversations, follow custom instructions, and handle long multi-turn dialogue. On Growth and Pro plans, it gains semantic memory — meaning it recalls earlier conversations automatically. Pro adds live web search.
Do I need technical experience?
No. LuluClaw is built for beginners. We walk you through every step — from account creation to a live Telegram assistant. No coding, no server setup, no infrastructure knowledge required.
Do I need my own server?
No. We host your assistant on our infrastructure. Just sign up, connect Telegram, and your assistant is live. We handle uptime, scaling, and updates.
Can I use my own AI provider or API keys?
Yes. You can start with hosted usage on LuluClaw, then switch to your own API key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic whenever you want more control over provider billing and limits.
Can I access my assistant through a URL or API?
Yes. Telegram is still the primary interface, but you can also use a hosted web chat widget on your site and call your assistant through the LuluClaw REST gateway with an API key. The dashboard includes a browser preview so you can test the web experience before you embed it.
Will I be locked in?
No. You keep full access to your prompts, memory, and settings at any time. You can cancel your subscription and export your configuration whenever you want.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a conversation with a generic model. Your LuluClaw assistant is a private, hosted agent with your custom instructions, persistent memory that carries across sessions, and a dedicated Telegram bot you fully control. It's your assistant, not a shared service.
What is a credit?
A credit is the internal unit LuluClaw uses for hosted AI usage. The exact numbers live in your dashboard. On the public plans page, the important part is simple: hosted usage is included to get you started, and your own API key is always available when you want more direct control.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
Hosted usage now focuses on the hourly window only. If you need more room in the moment, you can add your own API keys so usage runs on your own provider quota instead.
Can my assistant browse the web or operate a browser for me?
Live web search is available on the highest hosted tier. Full browser automation is not something we should broadly promise yet on the shared platform, and will likely fit best in dedicated runtime or more advanced hosted tiers.

Do I need a LuluClaw subscription?
No. The implementation installs OpenClaw independently on your infrastructure. Connecting to LuluClaw is optional and gives you managed billing, credits, and the dashboard — but OpenClaw runs fine on its own.
What infrastructure do I need?
Any Linux server, cloud VPS, Docker host, or even a Raspberry Pi. We'll help you pick the right setup during the intake process.
How long does it take?
Most implementations are completed in 3–5 hours. For on-site setups, we schedule 1–2 sessions depending on complexity.
Is support included after?
Yes. Every implementation includes 14 days of priority support (hypercare) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Can I deploy multi-agent?
